That gray ripped up fabric so reminds me of worn out T shirt rags my hubby used when working on motors...memories. Love the bead dangles on the spine! 7 signatures does make a big book. Not at all into vampires, but I can well appreciate the time and work that went into this project!

Wow!! My favorite color is RED!! And I LOVE all the grungy baked pages!!! I'm embarrassed to say I've never seen Vampire Diaries, but I'll start watching the series on Max. If you ever make a Gothy Grungy Vampire or RED journal I hope I can buy it! I'm still in the middle of watching all your videos, but this one keeps me in its trance! So I've watched it 3 times now. I am drooling over this Gothic journal!! I love to make huge journals myself, and i love that you use yours. You mentioned writing in yours often, and that's one of the few things others do. I would love it if you did a vid on what you write in your journal (blur out private stuff, of course) and show us. I make huge journals too, but tend to do my journaling in lined notebook and use my junk journals for photographs of things I like. (Quirky abandoned cars, for instance). So I'd love to see how you use yours for writing. Just a thought. No one else ever seems to write in theirs.

Very early on, i started with the "Altered Books" (Remember when they were called that?) about 1999, 2000, and I did make some like yours. I forgot how fun they were. Love this journal. I've been fascinated and terrified of Vampires my whole life! Regarding the beautiful blond in your journal. You mentioned the possibility that the journal could be a Vampire Family's or a Vampire Hunter's journal. What if the blond is a Vampire and she and the Vampire Hunter fell in love. Maybe before he knew she was Vampire or maybe against all his instinct, even knowing what she was, he couldn't help himself and the journal is a combination of each of their feelings and the poignancy of their doomed relationship. Or is it doomed? What if he lets her turn him?

From google, "ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response; a term used to describe a tingling, static-like, or goosebumps sensation in response to specific triggering audio or visual stimuli." In the junk journal world, theres a lot of people who love to hear the sound of paper on a video. I am one of those people, so I like to incorporate different kinds of materials in my journals to add the different sounds, touches, and views, to just be overall pleasing to the senses.
