For a secondary story this had some of the best side characters in any of the Gotrek and Felix Novels, would have loved to have Stair, Zabi and Antar tag along for a continuatuion story, maybe south into Nehekhera or north to Estalia. Woudlm have been such a fun pary. Anyway, thanks for the great work GDN, happy holidays!!

And so closes one of the most enjoyable Gotrek and Felix novels. Indeed, I think this could be my favourite full-length G&F novel outside of the main “Slayer” series. That would be in large part due to the inclusion of and illumination upon the Tomb Kings faction, alone. More on Lahmia and the Southlands definitely whets and perpetuates my own hunger for content. Steyr (been struggling with that spelling for the entire book) met a pitiable end. Nitocris always gave the impression of a usurper, and eventual revealed puppet no less, while Khalida always did come across as not only a queen but a high queen indeed. Distinctions further entombed by GDN's audible differences in the two dead women's voices. With more necromancers for Nitocris, this battle could very well have gone on for what at least felt like eternity, Felix. Even longer, if Antar had shown up. Antar, Antar the Ever-Audible! He's a hard-fightin' Tomb Prince, as well; bad to the bone. With a satisfying, not uncommonly lingering conclusion to this story, I salute you in deep gratitude for this much-anticipated and excellently-delivered Fantasy audiobook, Narrator. Wrapping up just ahead of the turning into a New Year, I wish you only the best yet to come. Cheers to you, be well, stay healthy and awesome.

Oh boy war drags on that gate withered away like a rust of snowflakes, vampire spell was sure potent, yes there's nothing like a good run through of a city of death, well stair the only enemy I see is nitocris. Hahaha Gotrek your funny remark of the terror geist was funny, those Big bats do squeal😁 and Stair and Felix battle with swords and quotes from books was cool, but to bad for stair I feel for you and your family And have one more quote for you From The undertaker, may you rest in peace. And oh boy Kalida kissing nitocris head was...um.. weird?" 😬 And say ain't so, Antar!!!" Oh boy I'm glad he's alive for the moment but Gotrek got your number!" But I'm glad it's Gotrek axe then a anyone else And Felix I wouldn't worry about Zabai there's away's Tilea's sandy beaches and Kat think you GDN for another narration of Gotrek And Felix and happy New year my you have more better day's And may the luck of Ranald be upon you."😃👍

Anatar: Can the hairless orangutan and the northern barbarian stop talking and start fighting. Chepesh of Anatar: the Slayer of Thousand Foes, Destroyer of the Legions of Lybaras, Slayer of Lizards, the Blade of Pthra himself waits to shed blood. Gotrek: Don't worry, manling, I'm pretty sure I won't survive this. Feliks: Aha, then I'll spend another year listening to Anatar, how he beat you, and each version will be crazier than the last. Gotrek: Are you mocking me, manling? Feliks: I wouldn't dare. Anatar: Are we fighting or not!!! Gotrek: I'm coming! Anatar: Finally, arrgh! Gotrek: Khazuk! Feliks: Tilea and beaches. Gotta admit, I am pleasantly surprised by this story. Its more like Trollslayer and Skavenslayer than any other later stories in the matter of tone and humour. The side characters were almost as magnificent as then, and just as entertaining as the previous companions. Beside that, the plot twist/big reveal of this being just Neferata being bored and bothering her cousin once more was both hilarious and anti climatic. It was fun, but at the same time, it made the entire story kinda pointless. Gotrek and Felix did not even get to kill any big bad beast/special monster, despite the fact they killed a dinosaur and a terrorgheist.I suppose its because it was not certain if the book will do well or not, and Josh Reynolds wouldn't get a chace to write more Gotrek and Felix novels. Antar The Most belowed of the Gods, was the best part of the whole story. Taking his state, and Gotrek's, at the end, I would wager that Gotrek would win because of plot armour, but Antar could harm him even more than the vampires did. From the map, I can see only 3 directions Gotrek and Felix can go after Epilogue. 1. They go pass the Charnel Valley, and head south to Ka-Sabar, the city of healers where doctor Drexler finished his studiest for Gotrek to heal, then go to Gulf of Medes and get ship from Antoch (imperial colony) and sail to Barak Varr, then to go to Karak Azul. 2. Go past Charnel Valley, go past/from Ka-Sabar to Karak Zorn, possibly find some dwarf survivors there to fight some jungle monster, find long lost section of the Underway, and walk all the way to Karak Azul 3. Go past Charnel Valley, head north to Numas, get help from humans living there, head north throught the Marshes of Madness to the World's Edge Mountain, maybe make a stop at Nagasizzar to annoy Nagash, find entrance to the Underway, fight orcs and skaven, and return the Hammer of Algrim to Karak Azul. Or Josh Reynolds can just do another timeskip and make a sequel in completly different place. Either way, I would kill for more Gotrek and Felix novels.
