Very sad that the knockdown no longer causes helplessness. What options would one in this tree have to take advantage of the bonus helpless damage now that the main way of doing so with this tree has been removed?

-Stunning blow -Class abilities (Ear Smash, Visage of Terror, etc) -Weapon effects that freeze -Spellcasters in your party who set you up. Helplessness on a melee used to be mostly a monk thing and a thing that we great when monsters were held. We just got used to being able to do it ourselves with direcharge for so long it is odd to think about the future without perma dire charge.

tested unyielding sentinel on my pure fighter tank with some divine crusader splashed in. got my hp about 100 short of what it was before the state squish. loved the shield throw though the stun should be longer then it is. felt like it took longer too kill things on r4 then on live but at the same time felt like nothing was really able too hit me. and when things did hit wasnt hard enough that lay on hands and Consecration couldnt keep me going.

I'd transferred my own tank across to Lamm (Pure Pally). 36 in Unyielding Sentinel, 16 in Divine Crusader (I could likely change this up for reaper, looking at Dreadnought personally), 4 in Draconic Incarnation gets me a whole list of additional absorbs, higher heal amp, melee power, usp, positive spell power, pushes my LOHs up by 1200 healing each while making them AOE and a self-res. I still have no-fail Fort and Will, Fort from Draconic Incarnation and Will from the feat that Draconic Incarnation's Core 1 freed up in the form of free Magical Training (I use Feydark so its a required take otherwise). Overall I'm pretty stoked for the changes from a tank's perspective, I just hope they make it a bit more exciting for the dps classes because I've seen a lot of animosity towards some of the very bland options in the trees. I'm looking at you, +2/4/6 PRR.
