Wouter "Wally" De Backer (born 21 May 1980, also known professionally by his stage name Gotye (pronounced /ˈɡɒti.eɪ/), is a Belgian-Australian multi-instrumental musician and singer-songwriter. The name "Gotye" is derived from "Gauthier", the French equivalent of "Walter" or "Wouter". His voice has been compared to those of Sting and Peter Gabriel.

Thanks for posting this link on my channel, at least someone did -- for Gotye: hi there, the EX42 is a truly fantastic instrument and it sounds as great as it looks (actually, the sound emanating from the EX's rotary cabinets is like nothing else out there...) Love to play on those instruments live, but schlepping them around is tough... unless you've got lots of roadies :-) Let me know if I can give you more info on the EX. Cheers, Miguel
