Truly, the Governor has done what no other Governor of Abia State has done since the State's creation. But truth must be told at all times. The Governor has settled ONLY TEN MONTHS of the pension arrears accumulated over the years of Orji Uzor Kalu, T.A. Orji, and Okezie Ikpeazu. Dr Otti only settled from May 2023, when he assumed office, to March 2024. Those that received the said arrears will attest that this is the truth, and nothing but the truth!
