It’s not a bad thing for candidates to go into “unfriendly” territory. Part of the reason Trump got elected in 2016, was that he and his surrogates went into programs on NBC, CNN, and even Bill Maher’s show. They spoke to people outside of their bubble, and it paid off.

Why would you listen to someone who want to ban PEOPLE? Republicans are already banning and burning books, DeSantis is wrecking Florida's economy, attacking those who make the state money, he's destroying education and libraries through his made up culture war bullshit, he's constantly lying to make himself look "good", even though he's blatantly obviously lying, just like wearing his high heels to try to look big here. He's an insane wanna-be dictator, just like Trump, but in slightly different ways. He wants TOTAL power do force everyone to do as he says, which means that everyone must be a straight white person and only do the things that DeSantis allows, irrespective of reality or what is actually best for anyone. He's done so much to ban ANYTHING that might have helped the people of his state through Covid and many other emergencies. He's STILL whining against Trump's vaccine, even though he and his family have all had the shots, he doesn't want the common people of America to have that same protection. DeSantis is a bigot, a hatemonger, a constant liar, an authoritarian, a fascist, a thug, a racist, a misogynist and a psychopath. According to him, if you disagree with him, then you are nothing to him. It's literally all or nothing as far as he's concerned, and just like Trump, he thinks he should be worshipped. It's funny really how both of them are such small, insignificant and worthless people that they desperately want to appear taller so wear heels, inserts and the like to try to appear bigger and stronger. A definite sign of a self-hating, sado-masochistic small souled little men who KNOW that they are small and insignificant but want desperately to be taken seriously.

I've watched as Gov. "Skeletor" Scott then Ronnie DeSanctis have done their best to remake FL as a neo-con heaven. FL schools are poor and are ranked in the bottom 7 of the USA. The problems facing FL are massive and state-wide. We have no income tax, and our economy is heavily dependent on tourism. The folks in hospitality can't afford their rents. Nurses, police, teachers, retail employees, and most middle class folks can't afford escalating rents and mortgages. Our roads are overused and crumbling. Over development has exacerbated flooding during king tides, as drainage can't accommodate the rapid rise in population. Sewage pipes all over South FL continue breaking and leaking millions of gallons of raw sewage thru neighborhoods. DeSanctis has zero plans to address this. He's too busy touting the bogus "FL Way" to the rubes in Iowa and New Hampshire. He can't run a full-time national campaign while attending to the duties required in his day job. In fact, for years FL had a rule that you couldn't be Governor and campaign for national office simultaneously. Ronnie got his cronies to change that law- convenient, no?
