The color also seems very inaccurate on many scenes. A blue background when there is just brown on the screen..?

How did you get the lights to turn off on a black/dark scene mine just turns white and i want it to turn off like yours did

I guess you have to raise the sensivity. Thats what has worked for me

How did you get the black screen to show. Mine is still white even on black scenes

I had turned the black bar elimination ON (or whatever it's called in the app).

is a bug that Govee knows about it and are working to fix it in the next firmware update, i coctact with them in the app

Jesus what a crap colour representation. This is awful almost 0 accuracy. Send it back it's faulty 🤦

This wouldn't be specific to this unit, but I returned it since. They might have a bug with the type of Dolby Vision used by my TV; since the Fancy LED sync box I switched to doesn't even work with it at all (shows red for black, and green for white...but they have a fix for it soon).
