Is he saying the standard committee installed by Parliament is flawed, and not fit for purpose, therefore all members who’ve had judgements passed against them in years gone by, should now be given the same entitlements he’s seeking for Patterson. I’m also unsure of his vision for a senior Judge to participate in a revised committee, unless of course it’s intended to make matters indulged in by Patterson a criminal offence, with an appropriate penalty, if found guilty.. I’m getting a bit doddery in my old age, and sometimes find such a Mickey Mouse approach difficult to believe Particularly when the present committee is being made to look so foolish and inept. Never seen anything like it since Theresa May conned Davies Davies into believing he was the Brexit Negotiator. How very silly she made him look.
