I left my high paid private job after engineering for govt job preparation full time.But don't worry I am applying for technical govt jobs as I am form core engineering branch.Private jobs are insecure and in total lifetime many times you have to change companies.No such companies are there where you can stay upto 60 years starting at the age 23-30.(Probably I will join army as an engineering officer very soon )

The type of work, power, job satisfaction cannot be achieved by private jobs which some elite government services ( RAW, IB, CBI, NIA, ED INDIAN ARMY, AIRFORCE, NAVY etc. ) provide us. But if your mind revolves around money only then what else can be expected.

LTC is the most funny aspect of a government job. Many people are unaware that there is an upper limit in LTC. The LTC which every government employee gets every 2-3 years has an upper limit of Rs 1 lakh 😂. So for example if a family of 4 people go and explore Rajasthan for 12 days it will cost you between 2 to 3 lakhs even if you stay in a 3-4 star hotel. So leave aside an international tour you cannot even satisfy a national tour with that LTC 😂

I have joined in govt sector in 2019 as as assistant but after 3 year I have cleared all internal exam and promted at a post of administrative officer and when I joined my salary is 25000 gross and right now my salary is 1. Lakh 10 thousand increase of more than 400% and wage revision is due from 2022 so after wage revision I think my salary should be around 1 lakh 30 and right now I am posted at my home town.So in my view govt job is far better than Pvt

Private job me ek saal kaam karna kisi govt. job ki 1 saal prepararion karne se kam nahi ha, jyada hi hoga. Bahut mahnat karni padti hai and seekhna padta hai. Isiliye private job me experience ki value hoti hai. But because private job me uuper se pressure hota hai kaam karne ka isiliye mahnat kar lete hai but govt. job ki preparation karte hue ham akele hote hai and koi pressure dene vala nahi hota isilye log procastinate karte hai

IT is horrible dude, it glitters from outside world.. those fancy glass rooms are home to depression snd Middle life crisis.. i can go on and on as I have 1st hand experience of IT Life, but in short, govt job with no transfer in metro city with fast promotion and with spouse working in good profile with non transfer issue is the best thing one can have.. No private job can beat or compete with govt job

I differ with your opinion.. I myself have worked with the Tatas but what I feel is not every one around you is hardworking and if incentive is your motive to work hard, you will get disappointed when people less deserving than you get better incentives due to some kind of office politics.. but in govt job when you know that your incentive or promotion is not dependent on your performance then it goes upto you how you do your job.. atleast you won't be disappointed.. regarding infrastructure, it is like chaar din ki chaandni... I don't feel after few days it matters much.. for me I think the Psychological satisfaction is what matters the most.. in govt jobs every co employee has proven himself/ herself on a common merit exam because of which you may have you a kind of respect for each other.. and you feel the job you are doing you have actually earned it.. Anyways I really like and appreciate your work on KZbin..

It's totally disappointing you are totally talking about the positive side of private sector, but in reality there are so many things that you don't mention, last year mai gya tha bpo mai interview dene then i realise why government job is good, government job give us freedom, comfort but in private they only give you work pressure and remember jab woh apko 500 rupees ka kam karwati hai tab jakar 100 rupees deti hai employees ko because unhe sirf profit se mtlb hota hai and unka infrastructure bahar se toh bahot accha hota but employees ki toh andar ke esi tesi kardete hai, jada leave nahi le sakte and uska paisa vhi nahi milta koi medical support nahi hai like government mai jaha woh hamri puri family ku guarantee lete hai agar mai mar bhi jou toh government meri family ko paise deti hai and support karti hai but private mai esa kuch bhi nahi hai and cities like delhi, noida and Gurgaon people admire government jobs a lot mai janta hu apne relatives ko woh bhi wagi rehte hai aur bhi bahut sari cheeze hai jo private job kabhi nahi de sakti Aur jab Artificial intelligence mai intna jada development ho. Raha hai for example devin ( ai software engineer) ke ane baad se engineering ko apni job life khatre mai lag rahi hai. Corona mai bhi government employees ke sath koi problem nhi huaa tha jab ki private job walo ko khane ke lale padh. Gye the. Guys don't be misguided. She has no idea about private sector , listen to your parents . Government jobs really are the best if you want to live a quality life with money respect family time. Also working for government of India gives you a satisfaction than working for jerks at private sector who just wanna exploit you to make more money for themselves. Also the pay matrix and time bound promotions are to ensure that bootlickers dont get edge over introverts like myself and everyone can live and work with self respect without fear. The skill that she is talking about is buttering skill which is quite important in private sector .
