MAGALING SI MAAM MAGEXPLAIN❤️. pero i want to know more yung naging practice na natin na mali pero normal na. Gaya nung pagbibigay ng notice of award, proceed, at contract sabay sabay. I do not also understand yet bakit need ng 3 bidders kung pwede single calculated incase wala talaga...since fix naman na nila ung mga projects or merun na talaga formality nalang.

regarding for the motion for reconsideration what if the 3rd calendar day falls on a regular holiday who will receive the MR ? Will it be acceptable to submit on the next working day of the bac ?

Good PM. May Tanong lang ako about sa Pre-bid my agency na mayroon silang house rules na hindi sila mageentertain ng questions about the bidding hangat hindi pa nabili ng bidding documents. Nasa procurement law 8194 po ba yun?

Pwede nmn po mag splitting basta pasok padin sya sa public bidding. Kasi hindi naman ma dedefeat ung pagiging competetive nung project pag nag split ka ng contract

Hello Atty., I would like to ask on the procedure for the purchased of Heavy Equip. of LGU. Who will determine the amount to be stated in the PR? Is it necessary to undergo Pre-Canvass? In the event of overpricing, is the Mun. Accountant liable considering that he only has knowledge upon submission of the voucher to the Acctg. Office, and with complete documents based on Pre-Audit?

hello po Attorney dapat bang i disqualify namin ang ang contractor dahil wala po siyang any completed project na related sa gina bid namin wala pud siya ongoing. pdi ba disqualified maski 50 % wala siyang related projects please po attormey
