If you’re born just before 2009 and smoke it would mean you’d always be showing ID for as long as you smoke since it’s a date limit not an age limit you can never catch up to. And how would they make all extra money? Tax everyone else? This bloke sounds crazy wanting to eventually ban alcohol too, I bet he wants to ban pork, gambling and music next, with that smug grin

Be as heavy handed as you like for smoking and vaping. Shouldn't be happening unless in your own home.
