My uncle put his camper down by the river on his property for people to stay in that came to fish. Two weeks ago, he went down to the river and camper gone. Also, all the fishing gear in the shed and his tolling motor and his small boat. He has a tag on the boat, so they think they will find them. I could not believe how much the creek changed. You certainly weren't kidding about that. Arrowhead hunting time.

In my experience not everyone is bad. But those that are need to face real consequences before they will stop invading our space, taking everything they can lift, hot wire or tow away, without hesitation. Anything they don't take they'll usually strip/destroy on the spot, rendering it all useless. And here local laws, law enforcement, have proven fully prepared to protect them, not us. Such involvement just costing me more time and money, adding frustrating insults to injury. So for legal reasons I won't say here what I now do to protect what's mine. But if anyone comes here without my permission and somehow manages to leave... I won't be making any phone calls or reports. Cause the trespassers will most likely be leaving with less then they came with. And I can do whatever I want with what they leave behind. Highly doubt they'd ever try to come back for it. Will be shown no mercy if they do.

Love the 4 in 1 tool. Just one note, when hooking a trailer to your truck please cross the chain into a x pattern (left chain to the right side of hitch, right chain to the left side of hitch). Reason is if the trailer does come off it prevents the hitch head from dragging into the ground and causing an even worse accident. If the chains are too long it won't help but if proper length it will (depending what you are hauling and the type of chain used). It saved us with a 16' foot lund boat when the hitch pin broke and popped the hitch head off the ball.

Don't feel bad. Here in Indiana it has rained nearly every day, we might have a day or two in between the rains, and the grass grows like crazy. So every 3 to 5 days we are mowing, in between rains....lol...but the garden is loving it...lol

Whatever your riding in, you should always make sure you have a jumper battery with you just incase your battery goes dead like it did. There are battery maintainers that are solar powered. You may want to get one or two for vehicles that are not used often which will save lots of money compared to having to buy new batteries. Have you thought about putting some trail cams in the area where there are tracks from trespassers? I hate trespassers!

Legally you can’t charge someone for trespassing unless you have NO TRESPASSING SIGNS every 50 feet along the perimeter of said property someone is said to be trespassing on. That’s pretty much the same law nationwide & it doesn’t matter you have a few posters up at entrances and exits. The law states No Trespassing posters at head level every 50 feet around the whole perimeter of a property & you’re supposed to Register that posted property at the County Courthouse to make it Legit. Someone who’s trail riding on adjacent properties on four wheelers or Hiking on foot can easily get turned around and if there is not No Trespassing posters Every 50 feet they can not be charged for trespassing just because you have a poster on your entrance gate or along the roadway. Those posters have to be put up and signed with your name on them and registered at the county courthouse that you have your posters posted every 50 feet visible on all 4 sides of the property line. If not you’re just blowing smoke in the wind ! You need to find an on line printing company you can buy weather proof posters from that the bottom has your name & A contact number printed on them and post the whole acreage every 50 feet and take one poster to the county courthouse and register it with the courthouse and sheriffs department as a No Trespass Zone. Then you can complain or prosecute someone who comes on it without your permission. Otherwise you’re just blowing smoke in the wind & these constant trespassing videos are meaningless to complain about people who see no signs and they think they’re still on the Native or Government land that joins you.

I will agree that no one should be on another's land without consent, but you might want to review other state's laws on trespassing and or hunting, they all differ. Here in Minnesota for example no posting is needed for agricultural land deemed as cropland or currently upkept fenced pasture. Meanwhile No Hunting without permission and No Trespassing without permission all must be signed, dated and an active phone number on the self standing signs. Having just No Hunting makes it a preserve and the owner can't hunt on it Meander steams and lakes are open to public use 15 ft from the high water mark. And this one eliminates a lot of want to be hunters from their 20 acre plots - There is also another law that says you must also have written permission to discharge a firearm within 500 ft of any occupied building or corral. Hope you have good neighbors

I feel very fortunate. My neighbor owns all the property on the other side of our road. He gave me permission to sight in guns, hunt, fish on 3 ponds and I still call him before I go on his property. People just don't care if it's private property. Some act like they are free to do what they want. I have on neihgbor who acts that way and thinks he owns the whole street. He has literally put dirt and rock on side of road, concrete pipe in my neighbors pond, but the owner won't do anything about him. The owner is a Vietnam veteran and I honestly think he's afraid of what he'll do in a confrontation .

The federal forestry service as you know like all governmental agencies they can’t just spend money, they have to put it out for bid, and the gates will have to meet engineering specifications and will have to be drawn out before it can be placed for bid, and don’t expect the gats for 6 months.

I lived way out in the country back when I had horses. Had to check fences every other week, the neighbors longhorns were tough on my fences. Always carried and had a cellphone with me, we have rattlers and copperheads down in this part of Oklahoma, like Dutch does. And the stray dogs would pack-up, had to be careful of them. Damned trespassers indeed, as well as townies dumping unwanted pets.
