Hooray!!! Many Canadians might believe that restarting a group at the level of the Ceremonial Band is a straightforward matter-“here’s the music and your instruments and your pay and rationing work with Lt. (Jeff) Campbell to produce an excellent product.” The problem is that virtually nothing in the post virus environment remained the same. Lt. Campbell and his team plus the members had to reinvent the wheel not as bureaucracy normally does but as an institution actually fighting for its life rather than simply playing a game.
