Governor Mapp addresses U.S. Congress

Governor Mapp advocated for the Territory's hurricane recovery efforts before an oversight committee this week in Washington DC. Committee members also discussed the short-term, mid-term, and long-term efforts to rebuild stronger, more resilient and reliable electric grids on the islands.
