The Studio space is wide... The reverb ought to had been considered in the Building Engineering. However, in a large space like this, the sound bounce could be treated by place acoustic foam panels on the roofing and in other situations, it could be placed on boards. Those Boards would be placed around the space of recording just as a wall.

The road has been very bad and has been a death trap because of flooding, lack of drainage system, little to no presence of police and security outfit guarding the area but since His Excellency the Governor took office and the good government policies and decision he has taken as a visionary leader as well as our beloved visionary President Asiwaju Bola Tinubu... The Ijegamo road is been worked on and i believe He will finish the road before he leaves office and the drainage system currently being built as well. A police station has been located too there and I congratulate the governor for a fantastic job... well done Sir !. Please just to add; Our great Governor; Jakande Gate Ejigbo needs a fly over... the heavy traffic there can be avoided as the meaningful time and life spend on traffic there can be saved and precious time put to better use for the good of our beloved state Lagos!

Without any doubt, this is a world-class studio which I believe is the best TV studio in Africa. Now, there's a challenge on TVC to deliver unadulterated and unbiased broadcast to the world. Many from all over the world will tune-in at some point, but will they continue to tune-in at long-run? TVC will have to answer that question as we will see in the future. This TV station should serve the public and the world with proactive, verifiable and unbiased news, not serving the selfish interests of dishonest politicians. It should project Lagos and Nigeria's image in the positive way while remaining sensibly logical in critical national issues. Remember that if a TV station is biased in national issues, the world knows or will know the truth and the reputation of the TV station will be affected negatively. Audio guys should reduce the mic input and gain it's output. Secondly, a little padding here and there to absolve the acoustic audio. Thirdly, if echo knob is on, it should be switched off. Compression is what you need not echo. EQ is dope. Just some compression and gating so you can have a dry audio. If at all you want a reverb to make the audio wet, it should be very subtle; maybe use send and not insert so can control more. The room reverb has delay and it's too obvious. Overall, dope studio 💯

Most of the street light on Lekki-epe express road weren’t working during the Christmas and no proper traffic coordination. It was detty-December and a lot of first time visitors came to the city with high hopes. The street should be decorated with Christmas lightings and such like what Zenith bank did. And it’s high time, Lekki-epe express road get a face lifts and expansion because they are a lot of bumps and traffic on the road.

It was the first time, if you say the roads need expansion then the airport should be expanded as well because there were reports that the airport was so packed last December. Nobody actually expected the crowd but now since they know what to expect and are planning towards it, there will be changes. The lighting is still an issue but I do not think the festive decorations as the duty of the government. Why can't people also do it themselves?

Lagos is just too dirty and what the government is doing to keep Lagos clean so as to compete with other cities in the world. Example are, under the 21:55 bridges and some major roads had been taken over by the traders, e.g Ebute Ero. The government should take over all under the bridges, upgrade them and beautify them. I feel ashamed seeing the dirty activities going on UNDER THE BRIDGES. Lagos should go green like ABUJA with beautification.

The only working governor in Nigeria. I hope his legacy continue with the future governor of the state. I remember cross river former governor that built TiNAPA and OBUDU ranch, but his legacy was destroyed by the governor that took over. An industry that provide jobs for thousands of youth but because of greed was destroyed by one person due to embezzlement and corruption. Obudu was a very attractive tourist attraction with first cable car in Africa or west Africa precisely even before England. Nigeria needs to kill corruption before it kills the country. I wish I have money to buy such place and turn it around. It’s unfortunate that nobody think about reviving it. Nigeria is blessed with everything but bad governance have made things harder for ordinary citizens to make ends meet.

What a disappointment ,no tough questions. What is happening to the provision of pipe-borne water? and the state of all water works built by Jakande? Why is development concentrated only in certain areas of Lagos? Why are houses built by the govt hijacked by politicians or sold by civil servants to themselves and later resold at exorbitant prices to the public? What is happening to Electricity in Lagos and what are the timelines ?. Why are services provided by local government not online to reduce extortion and made available to many? What is the projection for reducing unemployment in Lagos? What collaborative effort has been made with foreign and local businesses to bring new companies into the state? On the whole, he is a good governor doing excellently well but this kind of Journalism is a disservice to the people and the country. When you ask these pertinent questions, you let them know of people's expectations so they can concentrate on the right things that matter to them. The press is the mouthpiece of the people. Today they did not do their job as expected. I don't mean criticizing based on internet gossip as some people on Arise TV(not everyone on Arise as there are some Excellent journalists there too). When you say things you can't prove, use words like 'suspected'. You obviously can't prove that houses built are highjack by politicians and civil servants. We must always acknowledge that many things are not necessarily true reflections. I am not saying these things don't happen. Lagos seems to be a victim of its own growth and development. As a resident of Lagos State, I have seen the expansion and building of many new water works. They are simply not enough, and the Public Private Sector initiatives to advance distribution have simply failed mainly due to residents' belief that water should be free coming from the government. So, the waterworks are in many localities without adequate distribution channels. We need to fight our local governments to prioritise this.

Fix the major intersections in lagos. eg Iyana ipaja, ojuelegba. Not just the island. See what Ambode did at Berger. Provide shelters for bus parks in these places. Provide better waste disposal system. People are dumping waste on the road. Dont focus only on creating new things, there are a lot of existing infrastructure that are dying.

If you really stay in Lagos and you are up to date you will know that constructions just finished recently on the mainland, the red line train is one of such and construction is still ongoing from Mile 2 to okoko. Fagba and Iyana Ipaja have also been prepped for the commencement of construction not to even talk about the Iyana iba cele and igando QBC project. You choose to be ignorant and then you talk as if nothing is happening. Better go out there and seek information.
