The roads should be expanded and dualized with work ways street lighting and the gutters must be covered built with manholes then quality is very important

Why should one house occupy 3000sqm. I have warned developers to remember that southeast don't have enough land, they should stop allocating 500 sqm for one house. if this warning is not heed , in the future there wouldn't be land for project.
