To put it in a layman's way, the Nigerian state has refused to bring its refineries into operation because they understand that the volume of crude oil in their export quota will be greatly reduced,it's not because its impossible to get those refineries up and running,but rather the prioritise the export market over the domestic one,so they're basically starving you so that they can lay their hands on dollars which then is wired to their private offshore accounts,Dangote might have assumed that building a refinery of him own would solve the problem of fuel shortage,and also he would make cool money by operating these refinery,but unfortunately he now has to understand that to these people it's a game the well being of over 200 million Nigerians means nothing,they are only interested in the dollars that they recover from selling crude oil at the international market,and any obstacle to that has to be eliminated and that includes dangote,it's time that Nigerians realised that Nigeria was never set up as a real country,but it was organised as a business enterprise a source of natural resources for its former colonial masters.

Dele Momodu should be celebrated as someone who practically demonstrated what it means to be a graduate. Yes he has B.A in Yoruba but he has shown to the world that what you studied in school do not necessarily define your success but how you apply the knowledge you gain to manipulate the challenges of the world. Today Dele Momodu has achieved what many who read the so called "professional courses" have not and may never achieved.
