Can tou get somone to review this oven too before release? It seems all influencers and KZbinrs were given the XL version, but would be nice to see the smaller one in action for the ones looking for a even more compact oven

Why doesn’t the stand match the compact size of the oven? The base is way too big to consider this setup being compact.

Okay, this Thing broke after the third use 😢 im little sad. The Pizza was great in this oven.

O. K., I have pre-ordered the ARC XL in Black from a local German retailer and I am really looking forward to it. But there are still the following questions: 1. Will the new pizza peel PRO also be available when they go on sale ? 2. Can you also set the lighting duration of the display variably, as influencers say it goes off too quickly ?! 3. Will the front panel for the ARC XL also be available at the start of sales? 4. Since the stone should be easily replaceable: Is it also possible to replace the Cordierit pizza stone with a BISCOTTO? One or another influencer's pizza base was completely burnt and inedible...?!

1. Peels: I asked Gozney, so just relaying. YMMV - but they advised peels will be launched (pun intended) in the same day as the Arc XL & Arc. There's also an Arc XL/Arc mantle coming - not sure when that's heading to us. (Team Gozney step in and correct if wrong!)

Which influencer's Arc XL pizzas had burnt undercarriages? Not Vito Iacopelli's or Matt from Harpland Production's from what I recall nor the pizza made in the Arc by Adam of Peddling Pizza. I prefer Biscotto to cordierite and will switch out the cordierite for Biscotto as soon as the stones are available. Till then I just plan to perch the Biscotto stone made for the Koda which I've been using on top of the cordierite in the Arc.

@nemarket8605 Unfortunately yes ! Vito's pizza base (see his KZbin video from minute 11:41) is totally black and burnt and therefore not edible, at least for us!

@@davignon3058 Maestro Vito acknowledges that because of the lighting the undercarriage of the pizza may appear burnt. I have also taken pictures of the underside of a pizza I made and the dark spots appeared darker in the picture giving a misleading impression. As the Maestro points out, the cook on the Arc XL was uniform. I think if the pizza were truly burnt, there would be a large solid burnt area, not even, distributed, areas of char.

@@davignon3058 Maestro Vito says later in the video that it was the lighting that gives the impression of being burnt.
