Gozney Dome - how to light a fire in it

In the long term you're going to get soot stains on the top of the mouth of the gozney from escaping smoke so good idea is to place the door over the mouth and leave it slightly open to create a draft. This will ensure the smoke only goes up the chimney. You can then also choke it so the fire slows down or heats up.

Really easy way to start wood. Leave the gas puck off. Put wood in center. Light the gas flame. It will ignite the wood. When the fire is going. Shut the gas off. Put the puck over the gas hole. Slide the wood over the vent.

It looks like you are using this under a covered patio. What is the distance to your roof? Any concern with smoke staining the porch roof?

One Step that he forgot that actually prevents this is you take a wet towel around the Turning peel what he's moving all of the wood with and you just wipe down the bottom of the Dome
