The Old School Magic Championship in GP Las Vegas 2018 was a celebration of nearly 100 players from all over the world. From USA, New Zealand, Europe, Asia, people showed up to played from all over to relive the GOOD OLE' Days of Magic: The Gathering.
Edwin the Magic Engineer ended up getting 2nd place, playing Jason Murray {The Deck} in the Finals. This video was one of the few ones that was caught on camera as were busy vending the show.

Poor Kyle, my draw that game was HUGE. His deck was a good deck but this was one of those games where the opponent just goes insane with good cards. He was a really cool guy BTW. Thanks for posting this Dan. I've really been wanting to relive those moments LOL!

Thx for sharing the game experience, there should be more visibility towards game like legacy and everything that was legal back then. I enjoy spending time watching your KZbin videos. Have a great day ! It's sad to see sometime what's the game has become to be honest, it dsnt feel like the way it's supposed to be played anymore....

Thanks, really nervous as card pool still only 90%, but somehow part of the 3 Man, weak link so the others can use the power 9 with me backing them up & hoping to gat a win here & there at the worlds! :)

Some have just come in buying their way in, they have not seen all the cards or played since the beginning like others. I dropped out for 11 years & only recently come back, so 11 years of cards to catch up on … similar to the new people who don't know all the old cards. ;)

This was basically after the Old School event was over. Top 8 happens at the end of the event and everybody else who played is off doing other stuff since they didnt make top 8
