I have an internship for grief counseling with children and young adults. I still work out 3/4 days a week. I am in the best shape of my life and feel even better. I still have some time to go and but this has been a great journey so far. The best thing I can tell is, to keep working it never gets easier you just get better at doing it.

11 years. Started at usp marion. They turned it into a chomo camp. Smahed on one to get tf out of there. Went to fci el reno. Massive weight pile there. Still was on burpies, navy seals, lunges around the entire track. Loved that shit. I ran the extreme fitness program. That shit is discipline. Been out now 5 years and with that i now already have a 300,000 dollar house and a 15000 car and 30000 truck with a wife and kid. With a strong mind you leave that place and make it. More like the people within the prison system. The prisons themselves and the people/ companies who run and or profit from the prison facilities are the polar opposite of “moral”. Even if the only problem with these prisons was the unabated corruption amongst staff at every level and in department, they would still be far beyond the threshold for what qualifies as “Cruel and Unusual Punishment.” Add the over crowding, inedible food, disregard for the laws pertaining to prisoner safety and health, and the uncountable other problems that plague the American prison industry and you get something that is as close to the definition of “Immoral” as I can think of!
