Been out now 5 years and with that i now already have a 300,000 dollar house and a 15000 car and 30000 truck with a wife and kid. With a strong mind you leave that place and make it. I get sick of these people that constantly come back. Bro how many times does that bus pull up with people coming back in. You remind me of my years there and i agree with all that you say. More like the people within the prison system. The prisons themselves and the people/ companies who run and or profit from the prison facilities are the polar opposite of “moral”. Even if the only problem with these prisons was the unabated corruption amongst staff at every level and in department, they would still be far beyond the threshold for what qualifies as “Cruel and Unusual Punishment.” Add the over crowding, inedible food, disregard for the laws pertaining to prisoner safety and health, and the uncountable other problems that plague the American prison industry and you get something that is as close to the definition of “Immoral” as I can think of!

@@HistoryandConspiracies Oh there a lot of baked potatoes at McDonald's now? I don't go there enough to know. I'm saying if he has to eat something at McDonald's there are worse choices than McDoubles. Obviously a salad or grilled chicken would be better choices but everyone eats different shit. I don't like grilled chicken personally. I'd rather eat a McDouble minus the bread, but that's just me. Not to mention we don't know how many calories this guy clears in a day or how his metabolism is.

Its calories in calories out to lose weight. Body composition has nothing to do with the type of foods you ingest for the most part. As long as you are hitting your macros it doesnt matter the quality of it.

Wes reminds me of the SOF dudes I came across during my 8 year Army stint. Not everyone is born winning the genetic lottery, but mental toughness is in everyone, but only a few are willing to push themselves.

A resent study shows that WES's testosterone is so high, that it increases testosterone levels of the viewers that watch his videos. After watching his first video, my bench press went up by 190%
