I used to use the same shampoo but felt like it didn't do anything to clean my scalp. I switched to a natural shampoo bar and I actually don't even need conditioner anymore. I'm mentioning cause I also have frizz, I think a more natural option is worth looking into.

Amaranta Galindo I have to use conditioner :( I stopped using conditioner for months and my hair was super dull for a long while. these products helped me a lot! I’m sure it varies with everyone. will definitely look into more natural options though! 🧡

Jordan S hey Jordan! I fully empathize with you. although it might not seem that way, I often struggle with having a distorted view of myself. One thing that has helped me is giving my time and energy toward things that feed, replenish, and give happiness to my body and soul. Some days are harder than others and although I’m still trying hard to love myself fully, I have given in a little by taking less time on my makeup routine this past year. 🌷
