Try noise reduction effect and play around with the settings. Afterwards try compressing and normalizing it. It depends on the audio. If background noise is too overpowered and you can't hear any vocals, it might be hard to isolate it.

ya know man, I thought we were becoming friends, and then you throw this at me...one more thing to play with for my videos... Im gonna give this a shot on the next one, ive been wanting to do audio tweaking and this gave me an idea. im gonna strip the audio out in kinemaster, process it, and lat ot back in so i dont have to try and sync it. Unfortunately for me I am an audio snob, my cars stereo is over 2g and my control unit has a parametric eq for each speaker that i analyse with my RTA and specialised mic....man i dont like you.....LMAO
