Amen, thank you Pastor, so graateful by Go's Grace in His will, He led me here. Amen, and Praise the Lord, our Savior, Jesus Christ and His Love! By Grace I was saved. His Grace alone. I am so grateful. It was never about "me." THis is the most selfless and true doctrinal interpretation of Gd's word- and this is why: it Magnifies and Celebrates Him. And all of this life is only worthy for His glory alone. And it is complete. I do not matter. And in that I am free to love in Him!

Sola Gratia - Sermon, the late Dr. Sproul, lives on. Outstanding. Born sinners; serious but not so serious to prevent the Grace of God, when you surrender to Christ, the help is given. Man’s will, God’s Grace. Grace is necessary. But you must cooperate, the power in the will to either accept the assistance of Grace or reject. The human decision. Salvation is of the LORD. By Grace through Faith Grace through Faith. When it happens it works ! ♥️✝️♥️

How does the Father define Faith in the bible? And where does the Bible say to "surrender to Christ" and how is that defined in the bible? Thank you.
@MrWookie21Күн бұрын
@@jdaze1Hebrews 11:1 defines faith as "the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" Faith is in the present ; hope for the future.

Mercy came running🎶🎶 Like a prisoner set free Past all my failures to the point of my need When the sin that I carried Was all I could see And when I could not reach mercy Mercy came running to me Once there was a broken heart Way to human from the start And all the years left it torn apart Hopeless and afraid Walls I never meant to build Left this prisoner unfulfilled Freedom called but even still It seemed so far away I was bound by the chains From the wages of my sin Just when I felt like giving in Mercy came running Like a prisoner set free Past all my failures to the point of my need When the sin that I carried Was all I could see And when I could not reach mercy Mercy came running to me

Freedom is delusive and temporary, whereas Salvation is true and for eternity. Every free person isn't necessarily saved ; and every saved person isn't necessarily free.

Ephesians 1:4-6 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He [a]made us accepted in the Beloved.

There is a great deal of debate touching on Divine Sovereignty and freewill, especially on Total Depravity, Unconditional Election, Limited Atonement, Irresistible Grace and Perseverance of the Saints.

Bottom line....if you continue to sin (willfully break the moral law), you will not enter the kingdom. Clearly stated thousands of times in the bible. The Father gave us his holy Spirit of Truth to give us the power to say NO to our carnal flesh. We either listen to God or listen to our carnal man. Only one wins in the end on judgement day.

There is much debate about TULIP but it was established as biblically sound doctrine at the Synod of Dort in 1618

In salvation, there is no freewill. Either we are elected or not. We cannot choose.
@denofboxers19965 күн бұрын
It is a mystery of God in His creating of human beings. God gave us free will or we would be robots. Also, election is just as true of God in his creation of human beings. Remember, after we are regeneration of our soul by the blood of Jesus dying on the cross, that we are continually being saved until we are with Jesus when we die or Christ returns. With our ongoing salvation walk with Christ we have free will in choosing how we obey Christ. It is truly a mystery and will be God's delight to explain it to us! Looking forward to sitting at the Master's feet!

If that is true then why wher those people born just to add more fuel and fire to hell makes no sense hes not willing that any should perish but that all come to repentance

@@jdaze1 I disagree with you on the basis of historical evidence proving that Jesus did exist and did die on a cross. However, when I met Jesus I did not believe because of evidence from history but because I believe Jesus is the God Man and my 52 years of following Christ Jesus has changed me into becoming more like Him. Then I learned of all the evidence of Jesus being who He said He was. I put this out here that you may know Jesus. Ask Jesus Himself to prove to you that He is who He says He is. If you won't, I understand that also that you are blind to your sins against a righteous God who in all fairness to His Holiness does not have to be merciful to you. You are fooled by the world and you push your reality to the front of your mind to prevent yourself from meeting God. I love you and I will pray for you.

Words are powerful and convey God's will for us, so lets do a word count in the New Testament on several words: Sovereign three times. Predestined four times. Elect sixteen times. Foreordained one time. Foreknowledge 2 times. Free will zero times.

Then what was the point of Jesus speaking in parables. The whole point is that they didn't understand so that they wouldn't believe and be healed.
@jdaze14 күн бұрын
Then i guess Jesus was wrong when he told people to go to the nations and preach the gospel. If everything is totally by predestination then theres no need to even confess your faith to others, nor tell sinners, (James 5:20), about salvation. Because God will tell them.
@dhonerl56723 күн бұрын
God will tell them through the preaching of the Gospel. Ultimately, the salvation of those whom God has predestined will be drawn to Him through the Gospel while those who are not because they will not can not go to God, not because God has not chosen them (especially) but that they would rather their sin than God. We are vessels of the light, couriers of the Gospel, for the thirsty and hungry, but the rejection of this grace through Christ is on the sinner entirely and responsibly.
@AVB2-LST11543 күн бұрын
God didn't put a large "E" on the forehead of the elect so that the preachers could tell who was one of the elect and who was not, so preachers simply tell everyone, just like the sower that scatters the seed in the hope that some of the seed will land on good soil. The elect will respond at the time that God appointed them to respond and the non-elect will not. Why do some people slight God and call Him unfair because he chooses some and not others? I've never quite understood why Arminians reject the notion that God has rescued some people that He calls His people but for reason known only to Him rejects others. In the Old Testament His chosen people were called the Jews. Was God unfair to choose them over the others? In the New Testament His chosen people are called the elect. Note that He chooses those that He decides to adopt into His family. The adoptee did not choose God.
