Met Grace in portland while doing some bouldering with friends, was so lovely to meet her and watch her climb 🥰 I have similar experiences with how climbing has helped me navigate my mental health, it showed me how to be strong as an individual not just physically but mentally aswell 😊 really cool to see Grace sharing their story and see how happy they are now, beautiful mini doc 🥰 also those shots were stunning 🤩

I met Grace on an eating disorder unit some years ago, I don't think we ever even talked because we were too unwell but I am absolutely chuffed that she seems to be doing so much better. The strength to pull yourself out of that place is indescribable for people who haven't experienced it. So proud.

I met Grace for a weekend of climbing in Portland this year and it was such a special experience. It was truly a pleasure spending the weekend with her and her friends - the levels of dedication, spirit and banter was unrivalled, and I couldn't have been any better placed for my first time climbing in Portland and camping.

Go Grace. You are awesome, you got through those joyous places and tried new things until you found something. People can’t be perfect before they find a passion. You find a passion and something else then that Eating Disorder can go. It’s definitely about having other things to take the place. That’s been the way for me.
