This song just gets more and more beautiful as the years go by. Love and respect to you, Grace.

I totally agree. This album was given to me for my birthday. It got me through and gave me the Voice to get out of an abusive, combustible relationship. My son had just left for college, is a musician. Out of his knowledge of what he saw...her words and my will. I played this over and again.

Saw her in Houston, TX Valentine’s Day 2020 @ HOB with my husband. It was amazing moved me to tears. Been a Grace fan since 2008. I felt the weight of this virus about to hit our city so I soaked in every ounce of that awesome concert she gave us that night. We will all be back together again in concert with Grace. God bless us we will get through this friends.

I first discovered Grace’s music while watching an episode of One Tree Hill. “Apologies” was playing at the end of the episode. I couldn’t stop thinking about that song after the episode was over, so I looked her up and I started listening to more of her songs! Then, I found out that she also went to St. Lawrence University, my alma mater, for a couple of years. I went to her concert at SLU in 2010 and I’ve been hooked ever since. Love you, Grace! Your music means so much to me. I always felt like you had a song for everything. ❤️

I am constantly listening to this fantastic song lately. It’s true, I can’t get enough of Grace Potter’s catalogue. You write so many great tunes and have such a magnetic presence on stage. You are blessed. And so are we by your melodies. I love your guts. 💙

One of the few positives of the pandemic...seeing so many great artists, laying their soul bare during performances like these. I hope that never changes.

This song always brings me back to a person who is no longer in my life and I am trying, for my own health, to forget. But yet I can't stop listening. Maybe to feel hurt is the only way I can feel. Beautiful as always, Grace. xo

Grace- Thank you for writing such intelligent and moving songs. I recently sent Repossession to a good friend who had left a horribly difficult husband and she flipped out that you were "killing her softly" with that song. Just now, KZbin sent me this 4/27/20 performance by you-- as I sat here eating lunch, the only guy working at a big empty office--warmed me up and brought a tear to my eye. I love how your songs are complex and are so clearly from the heart. You performances will be cherished for generations. Your are always giving it your all. I will make every effort to see you live when things get back to normal!

This is one of the songs that first got me into Grace Potter (who I somehow found on KZbin; maybe from a tv song..?) so it will always be a favorite of mine. As always I love this version although I’m now older and unfortunately had a story that paralleled with this song but I think that makes it a bit more special.

Grace is a such a talented artist. She's often described as a multi-instrumentalist, and is mainly a keyboardist and guitarist. I've always liked her music and her use of vintage electro-mechanical instruments, such the Wurlitzer piano (as seen here), the Hammond B-3 organ (her main instrument), and the Fender Rhodes piano (which she used when performing this song at the Beautiful Noise Concert in 2007).

Saw here in Milwaukee not too long ago. Awesome show - She doesn't need to be...She's happy right where she is! Success is relative and happiness is what you make it! She's not starving for anymore then she already has! I like living that way too. But forget sometimes when I'm trying to hard to be more then I am! ROCK COUNTRY MAN...lol - But I get what you're saying...

This motivates me to become the most powerful man in the world. I would thin make life better for everyone on Earth except Grace Potter and Chris Stapleton. I would force them to live out the rest of their days in my mansion where I would enjoy their talents.. wow think I might have too much time on my hands huh. Maybe I'll just eat a whole pizza and go to bed instead. 😂
