Last season, Nick and Vanessa were raked over the coals for the manner in which they hosted Love Is Blind -- especially Vanessa. There was a national outcry for Cam and Lauren to replace them for Season 6. Every social media platform was besieged with viewers wanting to see Cam and Laura as hosts. Nick and Vanessa certainly saw this, and this had to cause tension. Therein came the Great Abyss.

The last thing any couple needs when they are going through a fertility journey I’m sure through IVF; is stress! Stop asking them everyone! I’ve seen my bro /sis in law go through it. Ppl put so much stress on them asking if they are pregnant yet. As soon as they relax about it they finally get preggers. Same happened with Kourtney Kardashian & Travis barker. Ivf is hard enough with all the hormone ups and downs. They need to be left alone about that subject. If they want to share anything they will but don’t try and force them !!!! AnyhOw. Just want to throw out there that Lauren was already a content creator so I think the popularity of the show allowed her to make that her only job and grow her platform, but she had no idea the show would be popular. I think it was just a happy accident when the show did blow up and everyone really loved her and Cam and wanted to see more of them. Like an unexpected byproduct… could be the same for the podcast ladies, but I honestly think everyone after season 1 was hoping to be famous. They already knew the show would be watched, but season 1 people had no idea if it would flop or not.

I did wonder why Lauren and Cam did not show up at the reunion. Now I know the reason. I’m not surprised they have stopped watching LIB, because the quality of the show has steadily gone downnhill. They seem very busy with countless business endeavours. Both of them have given many opportunities, after everyone fell in love with their love story. They continue to work hard to ensure their union will stand the test of time. My guess is that they want to make sure they use these opportunities to build wealth that will sustain their family, when and if they are blessed to have children. Problem is that a woman goes past 35 years, her fertility challenges also increase. I’m sure Lauren is aware of that, but it’s her choice. I wish them both well.

The only people I feel like can be given a pass on asking when someone is gonna have kids is the parents or grandparents of the couple (because they are gonna be most helpful with advice and additional support if the couple is having fertility issues. I had fertility issues before I was married even, and was a high risk pregnancy. I was so grateful my nana was comfortable enough to ask me those type questions and support me and even go to bat for me at the hospital when I was in early labor, as my mom had passed away long before I had a kid. She’s family, she can ask what she wants). And in this case yes a show host because that’s their job to get the tea out of the guests, so we don’t have to. Any other internet rando needs to stop it.

The Barnetts also from season one are only friends with people from their season. The couples from the first season were married for around two years when the first season premiered so kind of ridiculous for you to think she married him for fame. The other seasons premiered months after they were filmed. By the time the second season came out it had been around four years since they filmed the first season . Lauren and Cam have never made it like they are the only couple that mattered. The fans have been the ones saying that. How is she wrong for stating what was obvious? LIB put up previews for a season with multiple black women and then not a single one of those females were shown. They fixed that after that season after everyone was talking about that and about them not showing women with different body types. I guess you would rather her lie and say she watched this season. It’s just like married at first sight, the first few seasons seemed more genuine. Then the seasons get more dramatic and it doesn’t seem like the shows are really trying to help people find love. Lauren has brought up nothing that people can’t see from watching the show. While other people from the show are suing for multiple things that happened off screen. There is also videos of someone who said how he was reached out by social media to go on the show and how he still had more interviews after he told them he was not interested in getting married after coming out of a marriage recently. They told him it didn’t really matter and mainly asked what type of women he is attracted to. Numerous people from the few past seasons have said they were contacted through social media to be selected for the show. Some of the people from the last seasons would not past psych evaluations that were supposed to happen. They’re not doing background checks with people being unemployed and having current live in significant others while going on a dating show. Instead of criticizing her and expecting her to be so excited about a show/company that needs to do a better job at not lying maybe you should take a better look at the company that many other lib participants are talking about and bringing up issues . Also, reality shows with contestants do not generally pay well. Generally only big celebrities can negotiate for good pay on reality television. There are contestants from seasons after her saying they are broke.
