I too feel lonely, sometimes. I felt alone last night:/ It’s okay to feel isolated and maybe like no one understands or could.... My reasoning for sharing, is to show you that you’re NOT alone. You’re cared for, and my intentions and virtual hugs are sent to you this evening. It feels so yuck to feel alone. Draw a bath, journal, watch a comforting tv show, or maybe phone a friend... I know those are hard to come by these days it feels... I just want you to know I understand feeling alone, and sometimes we need to just feel what we’re feeling. Lots of comfort and love

Aww, I woke up with bells palsy exactly 3 weeks ago this Friday. Make sure you see your dr for medication. It has helped me recover very quickly and I have now about 95% of my movement back. It will get better 💞
