I just made this recipe using a conventional blender since I didn't have access to a vitamix and it looked delicious. I filled my blender halfway with frozen seedless grapes, added in two bricks of frozen Acai roots, and the meat from an entire coconut. Honestly, it was a pretty long process since my blender isn't as efficient. I used some coconut water to make the consistency easier to blend. I had to use a wooden spoon to mix up the ingredients but the process was worth it: it is delicious.

Been on the gracie diet for a year and a half now. it helps you develop a whole new relationship with your body. when you eat you are more conscious of how food makes you feel. its also harder to find half of this stuff in the uk since most places wont import it and if they do the versions they do have added junk. if you think this is too expensive you can easily use less acai and use more fronzen fruits such as papaya, pears etc. what group does cacao come under?

Just a quick question for the gentleman of the legendary Gracie family. I am training under the Renato Tavares Association and am extremely interested in devoting myself to the "Gracie Diet". The only issue I am running into is getting my hands on Acai in the state of Oklahoma. I know they sell on Amazon, but is there any other place you can purchase this antioxidant super food? Thanks in advance. You guys are truly legends and have revolutionized my life in its entirety.

@maruj666 Use pomegranate instead or any berry for that matter. Berry Juices like Pom, Blueberry, Dark Cherry, Raspberry, Etc have the highest content of nutrition, enzymes, and anti-oxidants. And better yet, over 4 days of proper storage they still maintain nearly all their nutrients. P.S. next best is 100% Fresh Pressed Orange Juice.

I've never tasted blueberry or cranberry cause it's hard to find here in Brazil, and it doesn't taste like grape. It's really hard to explain the taste of it because it is unique, but tastes good when in a smoothie or when you mix it to eat in a bowl.
