Omg! Guys!!! I even tried this by replacing Semolina flour with Plain / AP Flour. I even doubled the qty and baked it using 9x9” square pan. This is THE BEST AND THE BOMB!!! Super yummy! One slice is never enough. Do try this!!! With Semolina and without semolina, both eggless and with egg are super yummy. I have tried making all!! Thank you so much Fiona ♥️🙏🏽

@@cutie2312able Hi. It depends on individual oven. You can follow the same temp as given by Fiona or see how your oven works. If you are setting it at 160deg then bake it longer

Hello Fiona thank you for another great recipe,all your recipes turn out perfect,thank you for putting so much time and effort in to making them for all who subcribed to your channel.what type of dried fruit do you use.could I put soaked fruit in brandy to this recipe or will it change the texture of this cake.if you don't recommend me to use this soaked fruit for this recipe will recommend a recipe because I have alot of fruit I like to use up greetings from dublin ireland Patricia obrien 🇮🇪

Hi Patricia. Glad to hear from you today. Yes you can absolutely use soaked dried fruits. Just make sure you strain it well after soaking. Semolina is a kind of coarse flour. The cake may be dense if too much liquid in the batter. If you really like the brandy fragrant in the cake, you may replace 2 tbsp of milk with the brandy for soaking the semolina flour. Hope this helps
