grace, i dont think you understand how helpful these videos are. I'm recovering from an ED and seeing someone eat a normal, balanced diet, eating when they're hungry, and respecting their body is so so good to see. i know its prob weird to be congratulated on just how you interact with food but idk,, youre just v cool :)

Idk why but this video made me think of another video idea. You could test recipes that say they only take 10 minutes to see if they actually only take 10 minutes. Usually when I try to make some thing that is supposed to be quick, it ends up taking forever.

Usually with those recipes they don’t include the preparation time. That’s why it “only” takes 10 minutes, while the prep can be much longer.

Groovy biscuits are a rip off the OG Disco biscuits. They were eventually discontinued due to the 90's rave drug Ecstacy also being nicknamed a Disco biscuit. :)

You should try cream of buckwheat. I hate oatmeal, but I really like cream of buckwheat. It gets boiled with milk for about ten minutes, and then you can add fruit like raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries and either sugar, maple syrup, or honey. It's a very warm, cozy meal in the winter.

Ohooo love some ready brek. I always buy like those shop brand really cheap big bars of chocolate and keep them in the cupboard and when I have ready brek or porridge I break off a couple chunks and let them melt in there and it's diviiiiiine
