Restaurants have been doing it tough in Covid times. I used to work at Nando's and can confirm the 10/10 magic happens when you experiment with the menu. I would smash a pitta with hummus + peri drizzle with avocado and halloumi inside. Or a beanie wrap with coleslaw. When it was staff food you could literally hop behind the counter and chef up your own creation. Actually shoutout Nando's for those vibes because loads of highstreet restaurants are funny with staff food but they allowed it. big love x

This is actually a really good way to challenge anxiety - like literally this is something my therapist would tell me to do (lol). Look up Exposure Response Prevention. The key is to ask yourself what you think will happen and then go do the scary thing, helps your brain realize the worst case scenario isn’t always that bad and often isn’t what happens.
