Hi Grace I know you are struggling with hay fever and are sensitive to lactose so you're avoiding the tablets but just wanted to let you know you can still take the antihistamine liquids. They don't contain lactose eg piriteze you can also get an antihistamine slow release injection which would Last the summer period 😘 ps Peter Andre has a reality series on KZbin during lockdown with his wife and family it's on The Sun KZbin channel (I know it's an awful newspaper but the series is actually quite good!)

Yes I know she's dairy intolerant which is why she can't have antihistamine tablets but she can have the liquid as there is no dairy in it. Patients who have a dairy intolerance don't need to suffer with hay fever because they can't take the tablets I just wanted to let her know that there are alternatives out there

Cooking is a bit of a crazy experiment...I once made "beer flapjacks" with the oats soaked in Bitter and then strained and left to dry out before using them with the rest of the ingredients...adds a different taste to the mix.

With the normal plain tapioca boba you need to soak in brown sugar syrup that probably why when you tried the boba tea mix before you didn't like the plain boba.

i’m allergic to milk as well and i don’t have the hay fever tablets but i can take the piriton/piriteze syrup for kids and it works pretty well - personally it does make me really drowsy but the tablets used to do that to me anyway (:
