Really, just add enough to suit your taste. And add sugar or cinnamon if you want, it's all up to you. I especially like Mini Frosted Wheats & add fruit on top. I grew up on Cap'n Crunch (later the Crunch Berries came out) but they tear up the roof of my mouth like crazy. My other favorite is Honey Nut Cheerios. Loved seeing your dad with you in this. As an American I enjoyed this immensely :) that dinosaur egg oatmeal came out when I was about 8 or 9 and I LOVED it! You definitely need to try Cinnamon Toast Crunch!
