I think one of the main reasons these "inspirational" quotes are so horrible is because it's 100% insincere and it's created and aimed at insecure women. A person can be well-meaning when posting that stuff but it rings extremely hollow as you can just pick up your phone and call/text someone you know who could use a pick-me-up instead of posting it online at strangers for attention. Women who need these daily affirmations truly need to socialize more. You can complain that you're an introvert, but that doesn't exclude you from hanging out with at least one person you feel comfortable around. Isolation is unhealthy and can be deadly.

Not really trying to defend the cringe quote or whatever, but this is just incorrect. You could look at it like red, green, and blue are all colors, but they are unique from one another. just because they could all be defined as unique does not mean that they are the same. Humans are very unique from one another however, biologically and mentally. Sure there are similarities to others, but it is impossible to be exactly alike to someone else, so by default "everyone is special".
