Graduate opportunities and cadetships at Naylor Love

Meet some of the people working at Naylor Love, building their careers while they build some of New Zealand's major construction projects. Many of our team start their journey with us with a cadetship in quantity surveying, estimating, construction management, health & safety, BIM and building services. Naylor Love looks for cadets who have completed a diploma or degree in a construction-related field, or who studying for a relevant qualification. We also consider applications from current staff members who seek to develop their skill base. ​​Our cadetship programme is tailor-made for each cadet, depending on what stage they are at with their studies and their previous experience.
