i love this idea of a cap card! i wonder if we could color the white bakers twine to match a school color :)

Hi Karen, You could dye the Baker's Twine, but I think it would be a lot of work. It's also a lot of work to make tassels. I have made one before, and I would only do it for a special someone. I would probably do it with a spritzer filled with rubbing alcohol and some reinker. If you need a whole bunch of tassels, I would suggest buying them online as they are sold in many colors. 😉
