About 9 or 10 years ago, a violent felon shot some cops and a poloce dog. They hunted him down and had him pinned. He messed up and shot at the cops, the mag-dumped him. Later, at the press conference, an obnoxious reporter asked, "It was stated that your officers shot the deceased 46 times. Why?"
