Gerrard should ring Graeme and tell him be quiet
@RaseYourProbs2 жыл бұрын
Graeme is either too stupid to realise Mings is contracted to villa and might not be able to talk to him on such a public platform without repercussions from his boss. Or he knows that so he can sit comfortably and criticise a player that has played for England up till recently. He's lost form, he might not be stevie G's cup of tea. But to say he's achieved nothing in the game is harsh, he comes across as a bully targets a player and bullies them with the platform he's got. First pogba, now Mings. Keep it professional, give us insight but stop the smear campaign.

That story Peter Crouch always tells about his first day at Liverpool training and Stevie wraps a ball into him fully expecting him to be capable of stopping it dead with one touch. Stevie has laid the Gauntlet for Mings: "show me you have the chops, show me you are that guy everyone tells me you are." It's there for Mings to show he can stand up to the challenge. If you win Stevie over, you have someone in your corner who will shut down every question about you from media, the team, fans. He will go to war for you, but you have to show Stevie you are worth being backed! He was like that as a player and he's no different as a coach.

Reading this comments on here just made me realise how weird people are on the Internet. Souness was wrong for saying Mings hasn't archived anything in life and therefore he should keep his mouth shut. From wre Mings has come form to wre he is now as footballer and in life to me seems like a whole lot he has archived and got more to go. So what he lost the captaincy and he has addressed the situation and his moving on. Wtf is the issue? Y'all just jumping on his ball sack to what ever he says because it'd Souness. Also believe the guy shouldn't be canceled for what he said on Sky Sports...
@TomRogersOnline2 жыл бұрын
I agree with you, it's all just clickbait. Graeme Souness is shallow and smug - the type of person who radio and TV want because they make headline-grabbing comments. But I think Steven Gerrard hasn't helped matters in the way he commented about the situation in the media. Managers change captains all the time. He should have kept his comments more neutral instead of taking swipes at his own player in public. If I were Tyrone Mings, I would take issue with him over that.
@benedictchinweuba58202 жыл бұрын
I agree with you totally. I also don't think that Souness said anything wrong when he was talking about football being a man's game. However, why shouldn't Tyrone Mings defend himself from what's been said about him If he thinks it's wrong?
