Hi you say you are not re fitting the telescopic dampers, did you fit them? If not check the Armstrong dampers haven't been modified, as they usually remove a valve in them on this mod. So you will either need new Armstrong dampers or the valve replaced. Keep up the good work.

Hi there, you are right I didn't fit them, but a long time ago I had noticed that the Armstrong dampers still had oil and appeared to be working. I drained the oil so they didn't fight the telescopic. I will probably replace the Armstrong with refurbished as it makes sense to do so when they are off! It really is an excellent observation and thanks for bringing it to the front of my mind 👍👍
