If he saw women as worth the "same as men" he would be an advocate for deconstructing everything primarily female in the way that everything primarily male has already been successfully deconstructed, if you think the solution for this latent attack on women and girls is to apply the same standards by which boys and men have come to be regarded culturally and politically you are quite mistaken... the "progressives" already won their cultural war against men and boys, now they have moved onto pursuing the same agenda against women and girls that feminists had been (and still are, with little to no resistance) pursuing against men and boys. In other words: the problem is not that women and girls are being treated as lesser than men and boys, the problem is that women and girls are being treated as of equal worth to that of men and boys, which is to say, as essentially worthless. I wonder if once this fight to preserve the unique value of women and girls in society is won those who fought so stridently to preserve it will then take an interest in doing the same for men and boys... for some reason though I very much doubt that any of them regard the erosion of male centered institutions and norms as anything but a good and just thing.
