Jimmy Fallon needs to watch this show ASAP. Maybe his nervous character will fade with time but in the meantime here is a tip Jimmy from one excellent night show host to…well you.

+Salud.y.Vida When I saw "Jimmy Fallon needs to watch this show ASAP" I thought this interview wound show some tips for Jimmy to date Nicole 10+ years ago. Man, I've been shipping Jimmy and Nicole hard after the awkward and hilarious interview from Tonight show. In my opinion that's the best interview Jimmy Fallon ever had. Other than that, well, we watch Tonight show for games anyway.

+Salud.y.Vida It's a personality thing, honestly. Jimmy could never get the natural humour and ease with guests that Graham has.

+Salud.y.Vida Jimmy has to learn to let his guests talk. Maybe watch Carson's old shows, and take a clue. When you watch a newer talk show, all too often, the host will interrupt the guests while they're talking; they forget that the viewers want to hear about the guest, not the host. I'm not sure if it's insecurity or what. But it's very annoying when the hosts keep interrupting.

D.E.B. B I agree with the comments above. Also, you're right. It's been some time now, and he has gotten a bit better. But, I would still pick Graham over him. Conan is also a great show, acting childish and sarcastic works for him.

I get stage fright too. I am not an actor nor do I get paid a lot of money to pretend to be someone either. It is called acute anxiety. It's the same as starting a new job or meeting new people you don't like at a party. I can recall what I had done 17 and 27 years ago.

I can so relate. I did a lot of public speaking in my 20's but haven't now for 15 years. I was recently asked to speak at an event with only 50 people there and I had to force myself to do it I was so scared. Weird.

+Hector Destroys I'm guessing she has a bit of aspergers, someone I used to know with this condition always used to react EXACTLY like she did their if he was touched by someone, particuarly he wasn't expecting it. You gotta bear in mind aspergers is different for women than men, they usually get less understanding/tolerance because they typically appear mild from a social point of view because they are, for whatever reason good at mimicking appropriate socail behaviour.
