Apart from his wonderful sense of humor, Graham is a genuinely lovely man. He's mastered the art of playfulness with his guests, so it's no wonder they like going on his show. I remember when Matt Damon was on with Hugh Bonneville and Bill Murray; Matt Damon turned to Graham and said, "this is the most fun I've had on a talk show!" I hope he doesn't tire of his TV show any time soon.

The best talk show hosts just happen to be Irish or Irish American. Charm chattiness quickwit and intellect ( normally well educated/well read) eg. Graham Norton, Terry Wogan, Gay Byrne and even Billy Connolly, Ant&Dec and the Beatles had Irish parents/Grandparents. In the US - Stephen Colbert and Conan O Brien are Irish on both sides of their families and the Jimmys have each 1 parent of Irish heritage. Bruce Springstein and Jack Nicholson and Harrison Ford have at least 1 Irish parent each. ❤

"Irish American" or, as we call them in Ireland, "American". Your ANCESTORS were Irish, because they were born and raised there. You're AMERICAN, because you were born and raised in the US.
