‪@BenMallah‬
Ben Mallah is a high school dropout who grew up in the projects of Queens, New York - not the typical profile you’d think of for someone who now owns over $250,000,000 worth of Real Estate. He’s bought shopping centers, apartment buildings, and most recently, a $16.5 million dollar mansion for himself, his wife, and his children.
When it comes to someone you can learn from and look up to, Ben Mallah is it. He speaks from a place of pure authenticity, without a filter, and without a hidden agenda - he’s truly a selfless person at heart who enjoys teaching and spreading the gospel of real estate. He should serve as an incredible firsthand example that ANYONE can make it in this business and ANYONE can achieve what he has, as long as they have the determination to succeed, and the willpower to always be learning.

Very few explain cause mostly they want to hide stuff cause of taxes and fearing competition as well as peoples' jealousies, also some income may not be straight through illegal means as well as having the normal legal business the public knows about. This guy doesn't care and his income is very straight!
@Dance1617
@Dance1617 5 жыл бұрын
This is not true at all there are a ton of people who clearly explain how to become a millionaire. Have you even looked? There is the book millionaire next door by Stanley. There's total money make over by Dave Ramsey. There is rich dad poor dad by Robert kayasaki. There is literally hundreds of books on the subject matter. People just don't want to do what it takes. It's a long slow grind. People just want to get rich quick scheme. There's no secrets to evading taxes you have a business you have business write-offs. It's not a secret everybody knows. It's not even a bad thing businesses need tax write-off so they can use money to keep the business going. If they have to pay taxes before their business expenses businesses would go out of business or would never have the chance to grow, creating more money more jobs more opportunity for everybody. It's a simple equation spend less money than you make, invest the money you have saved into assets, the assets make you money, you continue to save the money you make and reinvest it, your money increases exponentially overtime. Yet people don't really want to be wealthy They just want to buy flashy stuff and look wealthy. They don't have the patience, they just want a flex for their friends.

Ben seems like that loud mouthed guy who's a bit crude and ribs you the wrong way at first, maybe, but longer I watched, the more I realized he's a good dude with a great message. And what a driven individual. I think if he has something to say that could motivate a person, it's that he talks about the hard work and the 18 hour days, etc. But thats what it is to work for yourself. Hard work and sacrifice! In the end I am glad you got a chance to have this interview with Ben, because he seems like a good dude and I think he deserves the lifestyle he's earned.

He is also genetically lucky, being 6'4, aggressive personality, high IQ, HUGE build. Menacing when he walks into the room. While anyone CAN do it, also you need to understand why and how. You need luck and skill to get that wealthy. Luck can get you millions, skill can get you millions, but luck AND skill can get you billions. Huge props to Big Ben he's doing great work and is the perfect role model but it's also good to understand that he is the end goal, millions of people fall short for every ONE that makes it to the top.

Skott62 how many people can realistically live that life? It’s not sustainable. Just multiply the number of acres on his largest property times the number of people who watched this video alone. I really admire his character and he definitely deserves every part of his success. I wouldn’t want everyone living like this. I may not have been paying attention but I didn’t hear him saying that not everyone deserves this life or should live it. Because none of us should be living like this. Why? Very simple. I look at society like a single organism. You can’t be a healthy athlete with a huge medical condition (CT Fletcher in his current deteriorating health, no disrespect). Or a healthy addict with the worst destructive drug addiction. You can’t be a healthy athlete with organ failure. And you shouldnt go around telling others that they can be healthy athletes with terrible medical conditions or drug addictions. Perhaps my ideal world is unrealistic but so is his according to what he is saying on camera. The only difference is I’m trying to stabilize a single organism’s health while the other is telling an extremely sick organism that he can be healthy with all of its medical conditions to spare its feelings or because it feels great to make people feel great. Just look at late term abortion. That’s society’s organ failure manifested. Declining birth rates? That’s society’s declining health. Am I making any sense?
