Late 40s here. Problem was when I was young, I didn’t care about investing and finance because I thought it was too complicated and boring. Graham not only explains stuff in a straightforward way, he makes it fun and interesting. The best experts are the ones that can explain anything and make it interesting.

A note for everyone: It’s become evident that a lot of you want me to address what’s going on with the markets. I totally get it, I find those topics extremely insightful to talk about, but I don’t want to make that the entire focus of my channel right now. I’ll absolutely make videos on that each week as things progress, but otherwise I believe in the buy and hold philosophy. As bad as things might get in the short term, eventually things will recover. Stay safe, double down on work, cut back on expenses, and invest long term. And smash the like button. And also...get your 2 free stocks on WeBull because one of those stocks is worth up to $1400 when you deposit $100 ;) Enjoy! act.webull.com/k/Vowbik9Tm5he/main

Same thing just more liabilities like believing you deserve a certain quality living and having to maintain certain outlook to people . When you 20-30 Social acceptable to not have any money and look like your broke but by 30 you should have either a house or some rental properties with all the hundreds of thousands accumulated through those years but with value of life going up people think it’s hard to go without and not As social acceptable to such as live with parents for cheap rents eat frozen dinners cheap foods and living to live low so when you 30 you will be set to move out and start your life right

1) Invest in your career Should be compulsory for everyone nowadays if you want any decent paying job. Ideal for ages 15-30. 2) A reliable used car Buy a car AFTER it has lost most of its value due to depreciation. 3) Hire a good CPA This is only necessary once you start step 5, as it opens you up to a large number of legal deductions on rental properties. 4) Invest in a ROTH IRA Obviously a given, actually compulsory in some countries. 5) Invest in Real Estate This is the main money maker. Its always expensive WHEN you buy it, but looking back after 10 years, it will always feel like such a bargain. Don't leave it too late. 6) House hack Sub-letting houses. This is only viable if you get the owners permission in some contracts. Attempt with caution, as you are liable to chase up all damages that may occur, as your "sub-tenants" only have a contract with you, and you are not likely to be providing legal documents to them to sign. Honorable Mentions 7) Tesla Model 3 - Good for tax write-offs if you work for yourself. Great topic for youtube videos. 8) Mr Coffee Coffee Maker - Saves you the "Cafe tax" on coffee.

Think and Grow Rich and Rich Dad Poor Dad are both amazing books! I never really liked 4-Hour Work Week other than the 2nd section. While TGR and RDPD were focused on being better people to be more successful, 4-Hour Work Week is a morally ambiguous way of being successful with no real bettering yourself in the long-run. Favorite book by far is Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Highly recommend picking it up if you haven't already!

Comment on house hacking: The fear that has always stopped me from house hacking is having an addicted tenant. When addiction takes over your life, you lose the ability to think rationally. You lose the ability to be a responsible person who pays all their bills on time including rent. What if I make a bad choice of tenant? What if it turns out they have gone off the rails recently and become a meth addict? or an alcoholic? How am I supposed to detect that before I accept them as a tenant?
