Thank you all for your continued support. I can't hide my happiness and surprise at the encouragement I received from so many of you, even though I was absent for an extended period in my last video :)
This time I played with Grail Knight Build, which I have been thinking about for a while. It is a Build that focuses on my role as a tank and frontliner, but it may be interesting to play with it as a variation to the standard DPS Build since I can aim for elite kills more aggressively than a regular tank carrier.
By the way, with my current skills, playing the regular Cataclysm is a bit hard and stressful, and to be honest, it's hard for me to make videos consistently. So I have adjusted the bosses and special spawns a bit. Please bear with me. I will readjust if it is not enough. Sorry :(

@@Zigodu13 He plays mostly on modded realm where you can use the mod "spawn tweak" to adjust various parameters for a match, like no bots, enemy spawns and dmg numbers to make the game harder or easier. Runs that have been tweaked are viewed as illegitimate by most hardcore players, but it isn't a speedrun nor is it a leaderboard so it doesn't really matter since the run can still be impressive and entertaining for most viewer.

I'm two weeks late, but reading through these comments reminded me of something important. Through your Solo runs you've inspired me, and you continue to inspire. I am not a good player. I have over a thousand hours in the game but I still struggle with mechanical actions like block-canceling attacks. A long time ago I encountered a toxic player that berated me for incompetency, even if I was trying my best, and it made me quit the game. Months later I found your Legend True Solo videos. Since then, I came back to the game, I learnt all that I could from watching you play, I've grown better for it. Thank you for inspiring me and possibly many others. @@Avo7977 It depends on the ping! I've been playing with a buddy from Aus (300-400 ping for me) just fine on Champ, as they're new I'm still guiding them so we can eventually play Legend. Otherwise! I can clear Leg just fine, just don't do Cata because I don't wanna stress myself out. c:

Your gameplay never ceases to amaze choco, watched the vid in one breath and only then noticed it being 35 minutes. Don't feel bad for taking your time to adjust to the difficulty after putting v2 away for so long, play the game the way you enjoy it. You could probably make recruit look entertaining lol

Do you mind me asking why you didn't go with bretonnian sword and shield? Always use Bret myself when I can because I felt it has a better moveset, so got curious why you chose normal ones instead. Maybe I missed something, and would like to learn what that would be, in case I did

i dont think that you have to be worried, it very much depends on how hard is it gonna be, easy means finishing darktides and going back to VT2 for the challenge, if hard it could replace VT2, but problem is no modded. So there is gonna be a cap for difficulty. (hopefully not).

The only part that worries me in terms of charm is that the characters might not have as much "character" - pun intended - anymore conpared to V2, as they are said to be customizable or at least you can have duplicates in your party.

I use the exact same build! Except with the Bretonnian shield instead of the regular one for less easy bashing but more roleplay DPS. And I tend to put parry on everything for more clutching. Oh and crit insta kills with double ult. Why not the crit talent? Is it no good?

Parry is also a good choice. Simply because the concept this time is defensive. your Build is better for DPS. But sometimes 30% power talent is safer than critical.

i believe that Sword and Shield has the highest stagger of all shield weapons on kruber, should be written in Armory ( sanctionized mod).

Sword and Shield because it has excellent stagger performance and both charge and push attacks are excellent and easy to use; Brettonian Shield is not bad either, but it has a few quirks. It may be a matter of taste.

1) Sword + Bolt/Coruscation 2) Flamesword + Fireball/Coruscation 3) Mace + Bolt/Fireball/Coruscation P.s. Flail is great albeit a bit monotone (not as if that does not apply for firesword as well)

Thank you:) I will consider it. I think Sword and Fireball are excellent enough configurations. Personally, I would go with mace and beam staff for a balanced type. For defensive, I would recommend a Fire Sword and Corsication Staff.

Great vid. I hope I can be this good soon. I can only finish some stages in legend but not true solo, only with bots. Once I finished every stage in legend with bots as my teammate I'll probably try cata with randoms. Also I'm still having a hard time with brit SnS and will probably use this vid as guide since im using a sword and flail instead.

Why Bretonnian longsword over executioner sword?

I think it's for a couple reasons: Executioner sword can delete armored units easily for sure but it leaves you vulnerable for too long to use well consistently in true solo in my opinion. Bret sword can deal with mixed hordes much easier too, where as the Ex sword will snag on armored units.

Bretonnian Longsword is better at mixed hordes, and you WILL be facing mixed hordes all the time on Cataclysm.

For the life of me I can't see what's the benefit of virtue of confidence, and I tried realy hard for a very long time. Please tell me good things about it. No, it does NOT have better cleave than the vertical ults, this is wrong.

It depends on the purpose. In this case, the purpose is to reduce risk. The normal Blessed Blade is an attack that targets a single person, so while it has high firepower, it also has a large gap for counterattacks." Virtue of Confidence" can attack many enemies at once, so it is relatively safe to deal with enemies in front of you. I guess that is its merit. If you want to play with normal squads, "Virtue of Audacity" is a safe choice.
