Great video Matt. Slowly building a system like yours but several upsets in life have kept from getting there. As for the DKN recipe, I just can't seem to get a good bag of Galaxy over the years (it's a curse upon me). A club friend just gave me a vacuum bag full, but I've not checked them out just yet. Cheerz.

It took me a while to get this system up and running too but it'll be so worth it when you get there. Sorry to hear about Galaxy woes. It really is a major player in this recipe. If I had any extra, I'd offer some to you but all of mine went into this one. Hopefully your sealed bag is good. My galaxy hops I used were 2 1/2 yrs old. Cheers!
