GRAINED: Episode 001, Vanderlyle

Alex Rushmer-founder of Vanderlyle, a farm-to-table restaurant in Cambridge, UK-was brushing up against burnout after many years of 80 hour weeks at his former restaurant. This episode shows Alex's re-imagining of a restaurant business model and work-life balance. The film spotlights Vanderlyle's symbiotic relationship with Co-Farm Cambridge, a community run-farm practising soil-friendly growing.
