Great review. Love highlighting great Canadian Distilleries doing amazing thing. Too often I focus on the outside without speaking to what’s happening here in Canada. The profile sounds excellent and right up my alley. Will have to grab some. Cheers Jon.

Jon, I really do appreciate your thoughts again and again. Thank you. As living in the US, we celebrate Veterans Day, but I really would like it to be called Remembrance Day. To me it puts forth the idea that unless we remember, we will forget. Stay safe and enjoy the holidsy. Cheers!

GrainHenge I'd like to try at some stage. It just sounds darned good! Hope you're having a great time, wherever and whatever you're doing. Marvin and I are heading back from Toronto tomorrow. We'll stop at one of the small towns along the way to catch a Remembrance Day ceremony. Haven't missed yet, and don't plan on starting now. To all of our Peace Corps, past, present, and future. 🥃 Marian 🇨🇦

Love seeing good news about Canadian whiskeys. Definitely have to get some more before they end up as hard to find the same as Japanese whiskeys!

Well ... currenly I think they are hard to find because of such low production levels. This was excellent, but when the run is 300 botles, it does not go far!
