If you talk evolution for album of the year which I do agree with I have to say brat probably has the most evolution. I really doubt billie is going to win it because I think the album is not sonically different enough from previous works. However brat probably had a better chance because I think it is Charli's re introduction aswell as it is sonically and materialy different enough from her previous work crash.
